2022 CROP Hunger Walk & Turkey Trot Raises $10K

The 2022 Los Alamos CROP Hunger Walk & Turkey Trot, held Nov. 20, raised $10,344.50 to help fight hunger in the U.S. and around the world.

Of the total raised, online donations came to $8,123.50, off-line and in-person donations totaled $1,881.00. First United Methodist Church donated $90 and Atomic City Runners sponsored the event with a $250 contribution.

Blue Bus 255 Mountain Trail Route Begins Winter Service

The RTD Blue Bus 255 Mountain Trail Route will begin operating on a modified Winter Service schedule Tuesday, Jan. 17.

Due to a shortage of bus transit operators, the service has been operating on its non-winter schedule and will do so through Monday, Jan. 16.

The modified winter schedule will provide three roundtrips, seven days a week. Times will be adjusted to begin earlier and end later and provide a midday option.
