Los Alamos County officials announced that utility work on Orange Street and Diamond Drive will create a 10-minute delay for this evening’s commuters heading north on Diamond Drive. Supporting the Western Area Phase 4 improvements, construction crews have been replacing waterlines in the Denver Steels area, requiring a lane drop on Diamond Drive.
