Social Distancing Volunteering Sought At The Tub

The Tub News:

Bathtub Row Brewing Co-op (the Tub) in Central Park Square is sprucing up and making improvements and could use some volunteers.

Beginning today, the Tub is hosting “Social Distancing Volunteering at the Tub”, limited to five members at each work session.

This week volunteers will sand and stain tables.

Upcoming projects include landscaping and staining the back fence.

NM Supreme Court Postpones Bar Exam Due To Pandemic

NMSC News:

SANTA FE — The New Mexico Supreme Court has postponed the bar examination scheduled for July for law school graduates and attorneys seeking to practice in New Mexico.

The bar examination is now scheduled for September because of the COVID-19 public health emergency.

The Court ordered the establishment of a working group by the executive director of the Board of Bar Examiners to develop recommendations for how to conduct the exam in small groups to comply with social distancing requirements if those remain in place in September.

Traffic Alert: N.M. 502 Will Be Closed Near Eastern Entrance To Los Alamos, 7 a.m. To 4 p.m. Wednesday

Traffic Alert:

N.M. 502 will be closed near the eastern entrance to Los Alamos, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 29.

The closure is needed as part of the New Mexico Department of Transportation’s N.M. 502 Road Reconstruction and Roundabout Project; crews from Star Paving will be installing a gas line across N.M. 502.

Residents living on Arroyo Lane and Verde Ridge Road are advised to enter and exit to the east only while the closure is in place.

East and west bound traffic on N.M. 502 will be detoured Wednesday onto both 4th Street and Canyon Road. Read More
