The lines in this chart show the seven-day average number of daily COVID-19 diagnoses per 100,000 people versus date,  nationwide, statewide and countywide. The table compares the average number of daily diagnoses per 100,000 people since the start of the pandemic (March 2020) with the corresponding figures for the past week. Walk-ins Welcome At Pfizer Booster Vaccine Clinic Sunday

COUNTY News:

Los Alamos County and the New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) will hold a vaccine clinic to administer a single Pfizer booster (third dose) for select populations who received the Pfizer vaccine as their primary series (first two doses). 

Note: Walk-ins are welcome and everyone must bring their insurance card. 

The clinic is 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 10 at the Auxiliary Gymnasium at Los Alamos High School.

Atomic City Transit Route 2M (Main Hill) Will Not Operate Oct. 8 Beginning At 11:30 A.M. And Resumes Regular Service Oct. 11

COUNTY News:

Atomic City Transit (ACT) will not operate Route 2M (Main Hill) beginning at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 8 through the remainder of the day due to a staffing shortage.

Riders should plan to use Route 2T (Truck Route), which will continue to operate its regular schedule until 6:58 p.m.

Route 2M service will resume Monday, Oct. 11.
