FBI: $1,000 Reward In Albuquerque Bank Robbery

The FBI and Albuquerque Police Department are looking for a man who robbed a northwest Albuquerque bank Friday, Sept. 20, 2019.
 
The robbery occurred at Bank of the West, 4221 San Mateo Blvd., at approximately 12:40 p.m.
 
The suspect is described as a Native American or Hispanic male in his 30s, approximately 5’10” to 6′ tall, with a slim build. He wore a dark baseball cap, a dark t-shirt with horizontal stripes, and dark pants. He carried a dark backpack.

ALBUQUERQUE Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument is experiencing longer than normal wait times during Balloon Fiesta Week (Oct. 5-14). 
 
As balloonists and spectators make plans to visit the Monument, please plan excursions accordingly, as long wait times at the entrance are reaching from 90-120 minutes due to limited parking.  
The BLM and Pueblo de Cochiti are asking that visitors be patient during this time or consider visiting other popular areas in the ear vicinity.

Football Coach Arrested For Burglary In Gallup

MCKINLEY COUNTY New Mexico State Police was notified Oct. 2 of a burglary at Miyamura High School in Gallup.
 
During the investigation, State Police uniform officers viewed video evidence that showed a male subject, enter the locker room at Miyamura High School and take money from a football player’s wallet.
 
Officers identified the male subject as John D. Roanhoaus, 42, of Clovis who is the head football coach at Miyamura High School.
