Thirteen Congregations Tackle Homelessness, With Hope & Audacity

Last June, dreamers from four Los Alamos houses of worship asked ourselves, “If we could interest 10 or more congregations and thought big, could we collectively actually help to reduce the very high levels of homelessness in Española, a community of neighbors only 15 miles away? As outsiders, with limited knowledge, who would we first need to learn from? Are there affective groups in the Valley we could partner with? Would they accept us?”

Anchorum Health Foundation Invests More Than $15 Million In Affordable Housing Efforts

SANTA FE — Anchorum Health Foundation is investing $15.5 million in loans, grants, and other initiatives to expand affordable housing across northern New Mexico.

Santa Fe Civic Housing Authority Announces Los Alamos Meetings For Housing Choice Voucher Assistance Program

SFCHA News:

The Santa Fe Civic Housing Authority (SFCHA), in collaboration with Los Alamos County Social Services and Housing departments, has announced its 2025 meeting schedule for residents of Los Alamos seeking assistance with the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program, also known as Section 8.
