Los Alamos Middle Schhol sudents and staff are invitted to bring their friends and come out to the LAMS track 7:30-7:50 a.m. before school and walk or run the track.

It is a fun activity guaranteed to improve your mood and fitness level. The LAMS Walk Run Program kicks off Sept. 2. The program is provided by a Los Alamos Heart Council Grant.

Volunteers Gear Up For Relay For Life

RELAY FOR LIFE News:

The last pre-event Relay for Life Volunteer Meeting is 6 p.m. today Large Conference Room (LCR) at Los Alamos Medical Center.

The LCR is located downstairs near the cafeteria and there will be signs providing direction to the meeting. The easiest and most convenient parking is in the back on the canyon-side of LAMC. Pizza and soft drinks will be hosted by LAMC.
