This survey will benefit most by reaching a wide range of people, in order to assist in identifying the emerging needs of the local community.  

The Los Alamos Community Health Council is a group of service providers and interested parties who support the development and implementation of health services for Los Alamos County residents and those in neighboring counties. Their focus is broad and addresses Community Health: physical, mental and environmental. Most of the service providers are from non-profit agencies that depend on donations, grants and collaborations with other agencies to carry out their missions.
