LALT Acting And Directing Workshops June 25-July 2

Joanne Camp and Shepard Sobel will present a two-day Acting and Directing workshop on consecutive Saturdays, June 25 and July 2 at the Performing Arts Center in Los Alamos.
 
Each instructional day will begin at 9:30 a.m. and conclude at 4:30 p.m. On the first day (first weekend), participants will separate into two groups, with each group following a separate instructional track in the workshop.

Filming At Pajarito Mountain Producing Smoke – No Fire

COUNTY News:

Do not be alarmed if smoke appears to be coming directly from Pajarito Mountain this week. It is a special effect for a scene simulating a wildland fire for “Granite Mountain,” a motion picture based on the real-life Granite Mountain Hotshots, an elite group of wildland firefighters that courageously battled one of the worst wildfires in history to save an Arizona town.

“Granite Mountain” will be on location at Pajarito Mountain through Wednesday, June 29.

At 7 p.m. this Tuesday, June 21, Super Summer Solstice Spectacular with ‘SeeME’ at the Ashley Pond Pavilion! CME takes the stage for two hours of uptempo and funky jazz. The film production for “Granite Mountain” will be based at Pajarito Mountain resort parking lot Sunday, June 19 through Wednesday, June 29.
