Los Alamos Favorite Max Gomez Performs Holiday Concert Virtually With Friends From Los Angeles Saturday Night

Los Alamos favorite Max Gomez will be doing his holiday concert virtually this year and invites his friends in Los Alamos to join him. Gomez, who has played a holiday show in Fuller Lodge each of the past three years, will be performing from Los Angeles and will be joined by a number of accomplished singer/songwriters, including Leslie Stevens who won many fans here when she played last year. Los Alamos Teen Center Hosting Virtual Movie Marathon

LATC News:

Calling all Teens (9th through 12th grade) – you are invited to the Los Alamos Teen Center (LATC) Virtual Holiday Movie Marathon starting at 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18. 

The first 30 registrants will be able to pick up a kit filled with goodies to make chocolate chip cookies, hot chocolate and more at the teen center.  

The kits contain enough to invite your family. ; )

2020 Holiday Prism Concert On YouTube 2 P.M. Saturday

Los Alamos Community Winds (LACW) presents its annual Holiday Prism Concert at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the concert will be performed on YouTube.

The concert includes a series of performances by members from the community:

  • The Los Alamos Flute Choir;
  • The Covid Clarinets;
  • The SaxAtomix; and
  • The LACW Brass.

The concert also includes individual solo performances:

  • Flautists Heidi Morning and Tracey Speyrer; and

Dance Arts Los Alamos (DALA) is continuing to provide quality dance education online and in person, as allowed during the pandemic.
