ALBUQUERQUE  New Mexico True Television, the weekly travel show created to take viewers to every breathtaking corner of New Mexico, produced by CliffDweller Digital in cooperation with the New Mexico Tourism Department, has been awarded its second Regional Emmy® Award in two years in the category of “Magazine Program – Program/Special.”

Flat Jack was spotted Tuesday on Central Avenue near CB FOX Kidz, in front of the Teen Center on 20th Street and in front of Fuller Lodge. The skeleton is created from chalk and painted on the local roads using sewer grates for his rib cage.

Los Alamos Creative District Curator Ryn Herrmann made the Flat Jack template to promote Halloweekend Friday Oct. 27 and Saturday Oct. 28 in downtown Los Alamos.
