SANTA FE  Santa Fe Community College‘s annual Halloween Festival is 3:30-6 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 29, on campus, 6401 Richards Ave. in Santa Fe.
 
This safe and fun event includes free trick-or-treating, music, games and more.
 
The campus comes alive with trick-or-treating, spooky decorations, games, face painting and cakewalks – all in the Main Hallway and Campus Center. The SFCC Dental Program will provide free toothbrushes.

Pumpkin Splash Is Coming And It’s Superhero Year!

Spend some time with superheroes this year at the Aquatic Center’s 2015 Halloween Carnival and Pumpkin Splash.

There are only 150 tickets available for this annual event, which runs 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24 at the Walkup Aquatic Center.

Admission includes participating in all the carnival events, pool admission and pumpkin retrieval, which begins at 11 a.m. in the pool.

Ghosts, goblins and other Halloween creatures of all shapes and sizes will appear at Mountain Elementary School 4:30-7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16.

The carnival began in the 1970’s as a safe and fun alternative to trick-or-treating. This 40 plus year-old tradition is a community event. ‘One A Ponzi Time’ Reading At LALT Wednesday

Join the Los Alamos Performing Arts Center (Los Alamos Little Theatre) at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14 for a reading of the new farce “Once a Ponzi Time” by Joe Foust, which is scheduled for production in January 2016.
