Co+op Offers Two Cooking Classes

This month, the Los Alamos Co+op Market offers two nutritious Shop with the Chef cooking classes with chefs eager to share their knowledge and love of cuisine.

The Co+op’s cooking classes are 6 p.m. in the Co+op Café at 95 Entrada Dr. Each class starts with shopping for the ingredients, takes participants through the cooking process, and concludes with enjoying the final product. New Subway Opening ‘Any Day Now’
