Giant’s Gas Pumps Were Out of Commission in White Rock

Every gas pump was out of service at this Giant Gas Station at the corner of Rover Boulevard and N.M. 4 this evening. Clerks inside the store reported at about 8:30 p.m. that electrical work was underway in the area and the electricity to their gas pumps had been shut off for about an hour. FBI Seeks Farmington Bank Robber

FBI News:

The FBI and Farmington Police Department are looking for a man who robbed Citizens Bank, 500 West Broadway, today in Farmington.

The suspect is described as a Native American male, in his mid-20s, approximately 4’9” to 5’ tall, with a slight to medium build. He wore a white T-shirt, blue jeans, a dark watch cap and black and white tennis shoes.

Witnesses say the suspect walked into the bank at approximately 12:39 p.m. and presented the teller a note that demanded money. The teller handed over an undisclosed amount of money to the suspect.

The University of New Mexico-Los Alamos (UNM-LA), Community Education Department announced today that it plans to add a second section of the popular Beginning Digital Photography class to handle the overflow from the Monday evening class. Teen Center participants traveled to the Espanola Valley Humane Society Feb. 6, as part of a new volunteering program. The teens had the opportunity to help socialize the shelter animals through play and gentle interactions as well as participate in various other tasks at the Shelter.
