Every gas pump was out of service at this Giant Gas Station at the corner of Rover Boulevard and N.M. 4 this evening. Clerks inside the store reported at about 8:30 p.m. that electrical work was underway in the area and the electricity to their gas pumps had been shut off for about an hour. The traffic lights at the intersection of Rover Boulevard and N.M. 4 were not turning yellow or green but rather flashing red during this same time period. Photo by Carol A. Clark/ladailypost.com
