Woman Who Backed Into Unattended Vehicle Charged With Aggravated DWI

A hearing has been set for April 27 in Los Alamos Magistrate Court for Rebecca Eaton, 66, of Los Alamos on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, failure to stop upon striking an unattended vehicle and driving with an open container of alcohol.
Feb. 28, Los Alamos Police Cpl. Eric Wilhoit observed two vehicles stopped in the slow lane of west bound traffic on Trinity Drive.
