Little Forest Playschool held its annual Fall Fiesta and Silent Auction Saturday. The Fall Fiesta is one of three events held each year to raise funds for Little Forest, which has been part of the Los Alamos community for more than 60 years. The Fall Fiesta was held on the two-acre playground area at Little Forest Playschool at 3880 Villa St., and included a carnival with activities, animals, games, music and food. Ullr Fest 14 is set for noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20 at Pajarito Mountain. Pajarito’s most popular fall festival features more than a dozen New Mexico craft beers, live music by the Jimmy Stadler Band, a Viking Costume Contest, disc golf and kids activities.
Atomic City bus provides free shuttle service from Sullivan Field and White Rock leaving every 30 minutes.
