See Lola Run

Review by Kelly Dolejsi

Local Dancers Rank Well at Ireland Competition

Los Alamos dancers Maria Jones and Natalie Smith both placed at the CRN World Open Championships in Wexford, Ireland last weekend.

Facing extremely tough competition from some of the world’s best Irish dancers, Maria placed 7th in the under-16 age group and Natalie placed 8th in the under-18 age group.

Santa Fe dancer Shannon Kossmann placed 9th in her age group. Maria’s dress (at right) was made by Los Alamos dance mom Carolyn Bossert.

The girls dance with Belisma Irish Dance, under the direction of Adrienne Bellis.
