The Los Alamos Arts Council (LAAC) is hosting the first live Brown Bag concert at the Lodge since the beginning of COVID-19 and is thrilled to be welcoming the community to a live lunchtime music performance!

The live concert takes place noon Wednesday, May 5 in the Pajarito Room at Fuller Lodge.

Seating will be limited, and the Arts Council will be following strict COVID-19 safety procedures. Masks will be required.

After a long year of the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s time for some joyful spring music from the popular local chamber chorus Coro de Cámara. The group’s latest online concert ‘Dancing into May: Celebrating Life, Love, and New Birth’ features madrigal songs, solo piano, and poetry.

Los Alamos Arts Council (LAAC) will host an in-person Brown Bag Show with its next performance at noon Wednesday at Fuller Lodge.

For its opening program, pianist Charles Lieou will perform selections from The Well-Tempered Clavier, Book I-J. S. Bach

Los Alamos Arts Council will practice COVID restrictions to ensure the safety of the performers as well as audience members.

An exhibit celebrating the Los Alamos Concert Association’s 75-year history opens May 1 in the Step Up Gallery on the top level of Mesa Public Library, 2400 Central Ave., in Los Alamos.
