Historic Santa Fe Foundation presents the January Salon El Zaguán monthly lecture series with Rob Martinez on Brujería: A History of Witchcraft in New Mexico.
 
The talk is scheduled for 3 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019, in the sala of HSFF’s El Zaguán located at 545 Canyon Road, Suite 2, Santa Fe.

Teatro Paraguas is proud to present “We Are Hispanic, American Women… Okay?” (WAHAWO), by local playwright Patricia Crespín and directed by Alix Hudson, at 7:30 p.m., Thursday-Saturday and 2 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 7-24.

Staged 10 years ago to the month by Paraguas, this revival of WAHAWO is a hilarious, heartfelt romp about sisterhood, generational wisdom, and body politics.

The play takes place in matriarch Ramona’s (JoJo Sena de Tarnoff) kitchen, where her grizzled and disillusioned
