Due to continued COVID-19 concerns, Los Alamos County Clerk Naomi Maestas is taking additional proactive measures, and has reduced office hours.
Effective Monday, April 6 and until further notice, staff will be available to process Drop-Box items between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., Monday thru Friday.
The suspension of all in-person services and transactions will continue.
Customers may continue to drop off items in the designated Drop-Box located outside their office, and items will be returned by mail.

The cumulative number of COVID-19 positive tests in New Mexico and Bernalillo, Sandoval and Santa Fe Counties as of April 8. Note that the Sandoval data is plotted against the right hand axis. These three counties plus Doña Ana, San Juan and McKinley Counties, (see the graph below.), account for 88% of the COVID-19 positive tests results in New Mexico. They account for 89% of the new positive test results reported today, and 94% of the new results reported Tuesday.
