SOCORRO — New Mexico Tech’s graduate program in engineering management, recently highlighted by a national online higher education magazine, will host an information session 4:30 p.m. Thursday, June 30, on Zoom. Intelligent.com recently ranked Tech’s engineering management graduate program as the “Best for Synchronous Classes” in 2022 across the country.

SFCC, Kids Campus, Higher Ed Center Closed July 4

SFCC News:

Santa Fe Community College (SFCC) and the Santa Fe Higher Education Center will observe Independence Day Monday, July 4.

No classes will be held, and no student services will be available. SFCC’s child development center, Kids Campus will be closed.

Summer credit and noncredit classes will resume July 5 after the holiday. Staff at SFCC main campus (6401 Richards Ave.) and the HEC (1950 Siringo Road) will resume services beginning 8 a.m. Tuesday, July 5. Kids Campus will be closed July 4 for observance of Independence Day and will resume summer operations July 5.

SANTA FE – A new online course catalog will help the New Mexico Course Consortium expand in the 2022-23 school year after helping 245 students take courses previously unavailable to them this year, including 35 who completed a class online that helped them graduate.

In its inaugural year, the consortium provided online courses ranging from art to space science to 34 elementary school students, 110 middle-school students and 101 high school students in 17 school districts and charter schools.
