Los Alamos Hilltopper Standouts Jared And Conner Mang Are Now Standouts For UNM Lobos

Jared Mang, a former Topper baseball star, has been playing for the University of New Mexico Lobos baseball team for the past four years as starter in the outfield. For the 2019 season, Jared has been named captain of the team. His goal is to lead the team to a Mountain West Title by demonstrating through example. He has great expectations for the team and said he believes the team has the potential to succeed. Pajarito is open for President’s Day today and Open Snow is calling for 23” of new snow in the next five days with 4” in the next 24 hours.

Pajarito will re-open Wednesday through Sunday. Refer to the Pajarito Snow Report for the most up-to-date information on what trails and lifts are open. This report is updated at 6 a.m. daily.

The Topper diving teams won both sides of the diving portion of the District 2-4A swimming competition Saturday in the Genoveva Chavez Community Center in Santa Fe. Their next meet is the State Competition Feb. 22-23 in the Natatorium on the campus of Albuquerque Academy. The Toppers are sending eight divers to State.
