The Los Alamos Football Club Boys U-11 pre-competitive Ajax team made significant offensive progress in a loss to the Boys U12 Santa Fe Kuchta at North Mesa soccer fields.
After entering half-time trailing 6-2, the LAFC Ajax outscored Santa Fe Kuchta 5-3 in the second half to close the gap to 7-9. Goals were scored by Kason Ostic (3), Matthew Patchett, Yeanwoo Park, Ty Hinojosa, and Mikalh Adams.

Many veterans are returning home from combat without the help to find housing, treatment, counseling or health care policies.
Statistics shows that as of January 2015, there were 47,725 homeless veterans. They accounted for 11 percent of the homeless population. This number has dropped 4 percent from 2014. Of the homeless veteran population, 9 percent are female and 57 percent of the homeless veterans are white.
