Northern New Mexico Soccer League Results

The Los Alamos Football Club Boys U-11 pre-competitive Ajax team made significant offensive progress in a loss to the Boys U12 Santa Fe Kuchta at North Mesa soccer fields. 

After entering half-time trailing 6-2, the LAFC Ajax outscored Santa Fe Kuchta 5-3 in the second half to close the gap to 7-9. Goals were scored by Kason Ostic (3), Matthew Patchett, Yeanwoo Park, Ty Hinojosa, and Mikalh Adams.

In their next game, LAFC Ajax won 3-2 against the Boys U12 Santa Fe Espada in a game between two evenly matched teams at North Mesa. The go-ahead score was scored late in the game by a corner kick served by Yeanwoo Park and put into the back of the net by Ty Hinojosa. Other goals for Los Alamos were scored by Alex Livescu and Matthew Patchett. Ian Swift and Kyle Jerkatis each played well in goal, only giving up one goal each.

In a home game, the Boys U10 LAFC JC lost 5-1 to the Santa Fe Soria but played very well in difficult weather conditions. Ryan Peterson and Aidan Colgan excelled in defense and Jackson Boone and Julian Simmonds worked tirelessly in midfield. Lyas Eidenbenz scored a well-taken goal and also worked hard up front. 

The U10 Boys LAFC JL hosted Team Eldorado and won 10-0. Mathew Young and Theo Burns kept perfect nets. Lorenzo Delzanno kicked in four goals, Caemeron Cole and Miles Weaver scored two, and Haiden Jorgenson and Brandon Stokes each had one goal. In a second match in Santa Fe, the LAFC JL lost 9-4 in a high-scoring affair to Team La Liga. Matthew Young scored a well-taken goal and Caemeron Cole scored a brace. Miles Weaver and Nicolai Nelson did well as goalkeeper in each half, and Dylan Marciano was strong in midfield.
