The Mountaineers February meeting features ‘Adventures in Africa’ by Michael and Michele Altherr. A daily event in their adventures was the sundown wildlife watch. The Rotary Club of Los Alamos cordially invites the community to its fourth Annual Crab Fest
This all-you-can-eat crab and prawn family-style dinner is Saturday, Feb. 23 at the Knights of Columbus Hall on DP Road at Trinity Drive.
The cash bar opens at 5:30 p.m.; dinner will be served at 7 p.m. and there will be music, as well as silent and live auctions.

Rumelia will celebrate the release of their debut album 6-8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23 at the Pyramid Café in Los Aamos. There is a $10 cover. Children are free.

JEMEZ SPRINGS – A year of recovery, restoration and new beginnings was highlighted by record revenues and visitation at the Valles Caldera National Preserve in 2012.
The numbers are detailed in the Valles Caldera Trust’s Report to Congress for Fiscal Year 2012 (Oct. 1, 2011 through Sept. 30, 2012.)

Trinity on the Hill Episcopal Church, 3900 Trinity Dr., invites the community to a Shrove Tuesday (Mardi Gras) pancake supper from 5:30-7 p.m., Feb. 12.
