Rivera Family Funeral Home in Española is announcing the funeral and interment of an unaccompanied Veteran, James H. Griffin, who passed away, alone in his Los Alamos, New Mexico home, on September 9, 2019. He was born on April 7, 1932.

Griffin will be escorted from Rivera Family Funeral Home of Española at noon Wednesday, Jan. 15 and taken to the Santa Fe National Cemetery for burial with military honors at 12:45 p.m. All are encouraged to attend both the procession and the burial.

FBI Files Federal Arrest Warrant For Rico-Ruvira

The FBI has filed a federal arrest warrant charging Jorge Ernesto Rico-Ruvira with Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution.

Chaves County Magistrate Court in Roswell issued a state felony arrest warrant Jan. 8 charging Rico-Ruvira with one count of murder, after he allegedly killed a woman in Roswell and is believed to have fled with their 3-year-old son.

The U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico issued a federal arrest warrant Friday for Rico-Ruvira.

Rico-Ruvira, 32, is described as a Hispanic male, 5’8” tall, and weighs approximately 150 pounds. Read More
