Los Alamos County Fair & Rodeo Weekend Is Underway!

COUNTY News:

The Los Alamos County Fair & Rodeo got underway Friday and continues through Sunday. Events kicked off with the Summer Concert Friday night and this morning’s parade down Central Avenue.

The remainder of today and Sunday are filled with exhibits, the rodeo, and the Sheriff’s Cowboy Dinner & Dance this evening at the Posse Lodge.

  • Festival & Fair, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Ashley Pond Park
  • County Fair Exhibits, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Mesa Public Library
  • Pie Baking Contest, judging until 1 p.m. at Ashley Pond Park

School starts EARLY this year! Our “NOT Back To School Breakfast” will be on the first day of classes, Monday, Aug. 11, from 9-11 a.m., at Trinity on the Hill Episcopal Church in Kelly Hall at 3900 Trinity Drive.
