Letter To The Editor: Beloved Betrayed – You Are Loved

By Los Alamos Citizen

In response to the letter in the Feb. 4 Los Alamos Daily Post, Beloved Betrayed, I should have written this letter way back in February when the original letter was published.

The only thing needed for evil to prevail is for good “men” to do nothing. I think someone famous said that.

Betrayed you were taught lies by our society in many ways that you are just a lump of cells accidently put together. You have been betrayed by society. You’re not animals without purpose. You are precious. Many of the adults involved in your lives were likely taught the same lie, or worse, like me they Read More

Pastor Granillo: The Bride Of Christ

By Pastor RAUL GRANILLO
Los Alamos

The Bride of Christ.

The prophet Hosea had a unique situation; God commanded him to marry a woman who would be unfaithful to him. Hosea’s wife, Gomer, constantly left him in order to prostitute herself out to others; sometimes bearing their children. Thanks especially to those who grieved alongside us. The private words and public voices of the gathering at the ski lodge Read More

By DOUG PIPPIN
Los Alamos

I know the money spent on the past law suits by us, the county, were paid for by our insurer(s), but we pay the insurance premiums, and at last reported our insurance premiums had not gone up due to these

McQuiston: About Bodily Injury Liability Protection

By ALLEN MCQUISTON
The Jemez Agency

Do I need to buy more than the minimum bodily injury liability protection?

Not if you’re a billionaire and aren’t concerned about forking over hundreds of thousands of dollars if you injure others in a car accident.

For the rest of us, the answer is almost always yes.

Bodily injury protection can be what stands between you and bankruptcy. By paying it, you can lean on your insurance company to cover you in case you get in a wreck that seriously injures one or more people NOT IN YOUR CAR. (The insurance that takes care of you and your passengers is called Medical Payments Read More
