Santa Fe Institute founder Dr. George A. Cowan and SFI board member Bill Enloe discussed their unique history in an interview on the Behind the White Coat science program in December.

The Hill Stompers, an award winning jazzy street band that formed in 2000, spent last weekend playing music and dancing in the Snowdown Light Parade in Durango, Colo.

YMCA: May Is Women’s Health Month

May is commonly associated with Spring, growth and new beginnings. It is also when the National Cervical Cancer Coalition (N.C.C.C) recognizes Women’s Health Month. 

In acknowledgement, The Family YMCA is offering a special Women’s Health Workshop 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, May 6 in the Main Studio at 1450 Iris St.
