Opening This Weekend: Olions A Midsummer Night’s Dream

LAHS News:

The Los Alamos High School (LAHS) Olions presentation of A Midsummer Night’s Dream opens this weekend.

Performances are 8 p.m., Friday after Trick or Treat on MainStreet and 2 p.m., Saturday.

Additional performances are 7 p.m., Friday, Nov. 4 and 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 5.

All performances are in Duane Smith Auditorium.

Pumpkin Glow & Show At Overlook Park Saturday Oct. 29!

Los Alamos County Community Services Department and the Los Alamos Arts Council are partnering together to bring an event like no other – the Halloweekend Pumpkin Glow and Show 4-9 p.m. Oct. 29! 

Historically, the Los Alamos Arts Council Pumpkin Glow has been held at Fuller Lodge Lawn, however this year, it is being moved to Overlook Park in White Rock. This event will include music, bouncy houses, food, fireworks, and more.

Los Luceros Historic Site: ‘Frights & Folklore’ Tours Oct. 29

At 6:15 p.m. Oct. 29, join Los Luceros Historic Site for a family-friendly, guided tour of the site’s creepy folklore and ghost tales.

Learn all about the spooky experiences staff have had on the property at “Frights and Folklore.”

This tour will begin at dusk and last about 1.5 hours. Bring a flashlight, coats, and be prepared for spooky stories!
