The early morning start time has bikers scurrying to get ready including Quinn Abtalterer for the 46th Annual Tour de Los Alamos held Sunday in Los Alamos. The race is said to be the oldest in the southwest. Sunday drew 59 bikers in the 27-mile course that runs the loop around Bandelier and the Truck Route and ends at the intersection of East Jemez Road/West Road on LANL property. The coaches go over the last minute plans before the game, which was an exciting, end-to-end, intense game between the Toppers and Cleveland played at Sullivan Field culminated in a late goal that pushed Cleveland past the Toppers. Topper Volleyball Wins Against Cleveland Storm Team

The Los Alamos Hilltoppers volleyball team greets their opponent for Wednesday nights game against the Cleveland Storm Volleyball Team. The Storms has been one of the premier volleyball teams in the state for many years, however this year is an exception, they are struggling. The storms came out strong and won the first set 25-22. Then the Toppers got their game together and won the next three sets to win the match 3-1. The fourth set was a thriller going down to the last serve, but the Toppers emerged victorious 27-25.
