This means New Mexicans may not be able to use their drivers’ licenses to board commercial airlines after Jan. 15.

Beauty is in Simplicity for Newly Discovered ‘Quantum Spin Liquid’
This image depicts magnetic effects within Herbertsmithite crystals, where green regions represent higher scattering of neutrons from NIST’s Multi-Angle Crystal Spectrometer (MACS). Scans of typical highly-ordered magnetic materials show only isolated spots of green, while disordered materials show uniform color over the entire sample. The in-between nature of this data shows some order within the disorder, implying the unusual magnetic effects within a spin liquid. Courtesy/NIST

Letter to the Editor: Oh, What To Do …
By JJ MaierThis is a mental health crisis brought to the front by an horrific tragedy.
We must undo the damage done by the Reagan and subsequent administrations/congresses when they eliminated the mental health help/care we were providing to people in need.
Because this is such a complex and mea culpa issue, the media and many short-sighted folks will try to make it a gun issue, which is way simpler.
Take away all guns and mentally sick folks will use knives and rocks. Please, let’s get this runaway train on the right track at least. Thank You!
