The Community and Economic Development Department will present the DRAFT maps to be contained in the County’s Comprehensive Plan to members of the White Rock Implementation Committee at 6 p.m. today, Feb. 11.

The County Council is still accepting letters of interest from citizens interested in being appointed to a five member committee to study Utilities-related sections of the County’s Charter.
The Committee will include one member of Council, one member of the Dept. of Public Utilities’ Board and three citizens who meet any one of the following qualifications:

- A member of the community with Accounting experience; and

Years of planning and hard work are coming to fruition when Los Alamos County presents its Energy and Water Conservation and Sustainability Plans to the public this month.
