Support Youth Trip to Europe with Valentine Purchase

Europe 2013 travelers are having a craft, coffee and chocolate sale 2:30-5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12 in the lobby of Los Alamos National Bank.

The 22 high school seniors touring Central Europe with a local teacher next summer have worked hard to create Valentine’s gifts to raise money for their trip. 

Stop by LANB Tuesday to purchase beautiful flowers, unique cards, tasty chocolate and awarding-winning coffee from Silver Cup Coffee in Seattle.  

The goal of Europe 2013 is to expand the world view of Los Alamos’ young adults and help them develop skills for the global economy.

This group of student travelers appreciates the outpouring of support of their educational travel. They raised more than $800 during their last craft and coffee sales to help defer some of the costs of their upcoming trip.   

If you cannot make it to the Valentine’s Sale but would like to make a direct donation to the group, checks can be made payable to Europe 2013, Account # 01-424637-01 at Los Alamos National Bank.
