Los Alamos High School student Alice Shao has been selected for the 2014 High School Honors Performance Series at Carnegie Hall. She will perform at Carnegie Hall in February with the band as a B flat clarinet. Participation in one of the three Honors Ensembles is limited to the highest rated high school performers from across North America and select schools internationally.

LANL Foundation Seeks Scholarship Applicants

LANL FOUNDATION News:

Northern New Mexico students aiming to pursue four-year college degrees are eligible for tuition help ranging from $1,000 to $30,000 from the Los Alamos Employees’ Scholarship Fund.

Scholarships will be announced in March for the next school year. The deadline for applications is Jan. 21.
