FBI: Rio Rancho Police Find Man Wanted On Federal Arrest Warrant

An Albuquerque man wanted on a federal arrest warrant for absconding from pre-trial release has been apprehended by the Rio Rancho Police Department.
 
The FBI arrested Thang Nguyen, 22, July 5 on a federal complaint charging him with transmitting in interstate commerce a communication containing a threat to injure another person.
 
Nguyen was placed under pre-trial release supervision July 9. He left the U.S. Probation and Pretrial Office in Albuquerque without permission and his whereabouts were unknown. A federal warrant was issued for Nguyen’s arrest.

FBI In Albuquerque Arrests North Carolina Man Wanted For Murder

FBI News:

FBI Special Agents in Albuquerque Wednesday arrested Jamaal Griffin, who is wanted by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg North Carolina Police Department on a charge of murder.

Griffin, 33, was apprehended without incident. He is from Charlotte, NC., and accused in a June 30, 2018, fatal shooting in Charlotte.

The public is reminded that all defendants are considered innocent unless found guilty in a court of law.

Los Alamos resident Greg White, a candidate for Los Alamos County Sheriff, filed a brief in the Supreme Court this week asking why the Court “refused to do its constitutionally-mandated, authorized, ministerial and non-discretionary duty to order Gov. Susana Martinez to do hers”.
