LAHS Swim/Dive Results From 18th Annual Albuquerque Academy Invitational
SPORTS News:
Los Alamos High School athletes competed Jan. 15-16 in the 18th Annual Albuquerque Academy Invitational High School Swimming/Diving competition at Albuquerque Academy.
This is the biggest high school swim meet in the state with about 25 teams competing. The Hilltoppers won the girls competition narrowly over host Academy, 673-653, for the first time in many years. The LAHS boys finished 3rd.

Hilltoppers Fall To Artesia Bulldogs 57-53 Friday Night

The 18th ranked Hilltoppers lost the middle game of their “home team game” binge to the 17th ranked Artesia Bulldogs on Friday night.
The game was even at 40-40 going into the fourth quarter, but the Bulldog switch to a 2-3 zone defense in the fourth quarter effectively shut down the Toppers. Once the Bulldogs got the lead they went into a 4-corners stall and held on for the win.
The Toppers were led in scoring by sophomore guard, Jack Stewart. He had 16 points, 11 of them in the second half. The 6’5” junior post, Adam Paulson, had 13 points and 8 rebounds for the Read More
