ALBUQUERQUE — Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, and Raul Bujanda, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Albuquerque Field Office, announced Thursday that Evan Lemmon was sentenced to 80 months in prison and order to pay $24,875 in restitution.
Lemmon, 29, of Albuquerque, pled guilty to nine counts of bank robbery Feb. 9, 2023.

SANTA FE — At the direction of New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham, the state will pay monthly subscriber fees for radio service for federal, local, and tribal first responders.
