Drug Policy Alliance On NM Bill To Legalize Cannabis

Below is a statement from New Mexico State Director Emily Kaltenbach for the Drug Policy Alliance, in response to the cannabis legalization legislation (NM SB115) introduced Friday:

“Having worked towards cannabis legalization in New Mexico for the better part of the last decade, we are excited by the possibility for New Mexico to become the 12th state in the country to legalize and regulate cannabis.

Baked Goods with Bernadette has a theme for the two upcoming events next week.

The discussion group will focus on the Legislative Session, which begins Tuesday. The brief chat will highlight easy ways the community can help the local senior centers as they prepare for funding issues.

The events usually include homemade baked goods and last just 30 minutes:
