White Rock Business Expands into Santa Fe

Knapp’s Wraps near Metzger’s in White Rock next to the Hive on N.M. 4 is rumored to make the best burritos in town if not the entire county – so say many who’ve eaten them.

Some even say that the Southwestern Chile Cheese Steak burrito, which is a takeoff on the classic Philly Cheese Steak, “is simply awesome.”

Gary and Cindy Knapp have owned the mobile eatery for several years and recently expanded their burrito empire to include a café in the Design Center in Santa Fe.

Cindy is running the Santa Fe operation and Gary continues creating his flavorful burritos in White Rock.
