Title Guaranty LLC has moved to 1631 Central Ave. in downtown Los Alamos (next to Metzger’s and Home Run Pizza at 15th and Central).
The community is invited to attend an open house 4-6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 12 to celebrate the new location.
“We want to express a special thank you to Los Alamos National Bank for the close relationship we have had over the years while occupying their building at 1200 Trinity Dr.,” Owner/President Denise G. Terrazas said. “Though excited for new beginnings, we will always be grateful and remember the history we have shared. We also extend a sincere thank you to the community of Los Alamos, our customers, realtors, lenders and vendors for their business and continued support.”
Local Contractor Chris Bucher of Bucher Construction completed the tenant improvements in the new location.
The telephone numbers, fax line, email addresses and website address for Title Guaranty remain the same.
“We look forwarding to seeing everyone at our new location and we look forward to providing everyone with the excellence in service they deserve,” Terrazas said. “All of our office and employee contact information remains the same – so give us a call, we are here to help.
