Roasted Green Chile
As the weather changes so does the produce at market, the summer produce is slowing down and the Fall crops are starting to appear.
The smell of roasting green chile hangs thick in the air. Now is the time to start thinking about stocking up for those winter months.
Both Phil Loomis and Matt Romero are busy roasting their chile crops and are there to meet your chile needs. You will find them on opposite ends of the market.
Los Alamos Farmers Market runs 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every Thursday in the Mesa Public Library parking lot. Take home the harvest!
