FBI: Albuquerque Man Gets 30 Years For Enticing Minor

ALBUQUERQUE — Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, and Raul Bujanda, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Albuquerque Field Office, announced Wednesday that Dominic Allan Marks was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
Marks, 37, of Albuquerque, pled guilty in federal court March 7, 2023, to enticement of a minor.

Gabe Vasquez (D-N.M.) have announced that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has awarded $9,256,350 in funding from the Infrastructure Law for New Mexico-based Sacred Wind Communications to expand reliable, affordable, high-speed internet for residents in Sierra and Doña Ana counties.

FBI: Shiprock Man Pleads Guilty To Assault Of 13-Month-Old Infant Facing Up To 10 Years In Prison

Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, and Raul Bujanda, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Albuquerque Field Office, have announced that Myron Benally, 38, of Shiprock, and a registered member of the Navajo Nation, pled guilty in federal court to assault resulting in serious bodily injury.
