Scene from the annual ski swap Saturday in the gymnasium at Los Alamos Middle School on Hawks Drive. This marks the 40th year that the ski swap has been held at LAMS. In the early days, 1966, the ski swap was held in the building now used by Los Alamos Little Theatre and was very informal compared to today’s event. Girls Soccer Triumph Over Pojoaque Elkettes
Alyssa Parker scored three goals in this game against the Pojoaque Elkettes played Tuesday afternoon at the Pojoaque High School. The final score was 11-0 for the Toppers. As a result, the lady Hilltoppers recorded their third district win against Pojoaque. The Toppers put together a solid attack that caught the Elkettes on their heels.
