SFCC To Host College Transfer Day March 1

SANTA FE  Are you looking to continue your studies toward a four-year degree? Do you know what the requirements are for entrance into New Mexico’s colleges and universities? Have you explored all the options?
 
Santa Fe Community College’s Center for Academic Transitions can help you prepare for your next degree at the 2016 Spring College Transfer Day 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 1, in the Main Hallway, Santa Fe Community College, 6401 Richards Ave. It’s free.
 
Students will have the opportunity to meet with advisers from the Center for Academic Transitions and representatives from these institutions, among others:
  • Institute of American Indian Arts
  • Eastern New Mexico University
  • New Mexico Highlands University
  • New Mexico State University
  • New Mexico Tech
  • Northern New Mexico College
  • Santa Fe Higher Education Center
  • Santa Fe University of Art and Design
  • University of New Mexico
  • Western New Mexico University
 
Interested students should bring their transcripts with them. SFCC students should order official transcripts no later than Feb. 22 to be sure to have them on time. Go to the Registrar’s Office or visit here, to order transcripts online.
