At 2 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 24, the Art in Public Places Board is hosting an Art Dedication and Ribbon Cutting at the White Rock Branch Library at which the White Rock Master Plan Implementation Committee may be present.

 

In the event there is a quorum of the advisory committee present, no business will be conducted.
