Masonic Waffle Breakfast Benefits Chamisa’s 6th Grader ROPE’s Aug. 15

The Masons Pajarito Lodge #66 are graciously supporting the Chamisa Elementary 6th graders raise money for their annual retreat. 
 
ROPES (Right of Passage Experiences) field trips are an annual tradition for Chamisa Elementary 6th graders. 
 
Offered at Santa Fe Community College and Glorieta Camps, ROPES involves team-building challenges and trust-building adventure activities that encourage students to step outside of their comfort zones while providing each other with physical safety and moral support. 
 
Students surprise themselves by conquering fears and learning to rely more on their classmates. Every student learns leadership skills and comes away from ROPES better prepared to function as a valuable member of a team.
