Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.
Feb. 9 at 12:56 p.m./A 23-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was the victim of unlawful use of a telephone on Trinity Drive.
Feb. 9 at 1:15 p.m./Police responded to an unattended death at 600 San Ildefonso Road.
Feb. 9 at 1:32 p.m./A 12-year-old Los Alamos girl reported that she was the victim of criminal sexual penetration of a child under 13 years of age. The matter is under investigation.
Feb. 10 at 1:19 p.m./A 29-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was the victim of larceny on Alabama Avenue. The estimated loss is less than $250.
Feb. 10 at 5:51p.m./A 32-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of unlawful use of a telephone on 41st Street.
Feb. 12 at 4:26 a.m./A 32-year-old Albuquerque man reported that he was the victim of same sex criminal sexual penetration: force/coercion on Barranca Road.
GREGORY THOMPSON
Feb. 12 at 4:26 a.m./Police arrested Gregory Thompson of Los Alamos at 274 Barranca Road and charged him with criminal sexual penetration: force/coercion.
OSCAR QUINTANA ARVIZO
Feb. 12 at 4:05 p.m./Police arrested Oscar Quintana-Arvizo, 20, of Los Alamos at 3000 Trinity Dr., and charged him with Minor In Possession (MIP) for having an open container of alcohol.
Feb. 13 at 8:30 p.m./Police arrested Crystal Griego, 27, of Santa Fe on Trinity Drive on an outstanding Magistrate Court Warrant for failure to appear and contempt of court.
CRYSTAL GRIEGO
Feb. 14 at 1:34 p.m./Smith’s Food and Drug Centers reported that its store at 565 Central Ave. was the victim of trespassing.
Feb. 14 at 1:34 p.m./Police charged Travis Kennedy with criminal trespassing at 565 Central Ave., and issued him a citation to appear in court.
Feb. 14 at 2 p.m./Police charged Ronald Snow, 37, of Los Alamos with criminal trespassing at 565 Central Ave., and issued him a citation to appear in court.
LISA MARTINEZ
Feb. 14 at 3:14 p.m./Police arrested Lisa Martinez, 50, of Ojo Caliente on Bryce Avenue and charged her with driving under the influence of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Feb. 15 at 8:05 a.m./Los Alamos County reported that it was the victim of larceny at 101 Camino Entrada. The estimated loss is less than $250.
Feb.15 at 4:52 p.m./A 55-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of criminal damage to property on Trinity Drive. The estimated loss is more than $1,000.
LEE WEINLAND
Feb. 15 at 5:45 p.m./Police arrested Lee Weinland, 58, of Los Alamos near Chamisa and San Ildefonso Road on an outstanding Magistrate Court Warrant issued through New Mexico State Police.
