The Los Alamos Hawks played host for the Basketball Invite played at Brousseau Gym last weekend. 
 
The Invite is a two day event with middle schools from Memorial/Las Vegas, Santa Fe Indian School and St. Michaels. The Invite is in its 17th year according to LAMS basketball coach Daren Jones. Friday’s games are the semi-finales  and Saturday will be the consolation and championship games.
 
The Eight grade Hawks won their opener against the Memorial Cardinals by a score of 33-26.
